As a Booking Deposit we require a deposit either by Cash, Cheque or Bank Draft for the equivalent of EUR€150, or US$220 or GB£120

The balance is payed on the day of arrival or before.
Our Guests are welcome to Check-In any time after 4pm.
Guests who have not Checked-In before 7.00pm are advised to contact us with their estimated time of arrival.
Check-Out time is 11.00am.
We require 30 days notice for cancellations.
Electricity is charged at 12 cents per unit. At normal usage the electricity bill would work out at approximately €15 for the week.
We usually ask for a damage deposit of €130 on arrival and this is refunded at the end of your stay.
Prices are quoted for the cottage, not per person (you'll be glad to know:-) ) unless specified.
Rates for Abbeyview Cottage for 2008
EUR€650 or US$998 or GB£512 per week July, August and bank holidays
EUR€490 or US$770 or GB£395 per week October to April (except Christmas and bank holidays)
EUR€550 or US$860 or GB£440 per week May, June and September.
EUR€450 or US$695 or GB£360 Bank Holidays (3 days)
Christmas and bank holidays are peak season.
