This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains at http://www.abbeyview-selfcatering-ireland.com (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, you may not use or access our services.

Terms of Sale

1. The Title to the products shall remain with us until payment of the full purchase price. Failure to pay the purchase price of purchased products when due shall give us the right, without liability, to collect any unpaid balance and reasonable collection fee, with or without notice, and avail itself of any legal remedy.
   
   

2. Claims arising from delay, damage or partial loss of goods in transit must be notified to the company and carrier immediately by telephone and then confirmed in writing within 3 days. Acceptance of claims will not be construed as admission of liability.
   
   

3. Buyer assumes full responsibility that the purchased products described on the invoice meets the specifications, capacity, capabilities, versatility, and other parameters required to perform as desired by buyer.
   
   

4. An Order Confirmation is a confirmation that we have received your order and is not a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any orders.

1. While we go to great lengths to ensure that all information on the Site is correct and up to date, we do not warrant that the information on the Site is correct and up to date. Nor do we warrant that the price, weight, or other product information shown on the web page is correct.
   
   

2. In the event that information on the Site does not correlate with our internal information we shall notify the affected parties.

If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable.
